II. Original process pain points:

Effluent does not meet the local "quasi-Class IV" new regulations;

Sludge moisture content is 80%, and the landfill cost is high;

Energy consumption reaches 0.45 kWh/m³, and carbon emission pressure is high.

Effluent is stable at "quasi-Class IV"

Sludge reduction is 50% + energy self-sufficiency rate>30%;

Recycled water reuse rate ≥20%

IV. Detailed explanation of core unit process

 Coagulation sedimentation tank (chemical enhanced pretreatment)

Function: remove SS, colloidal organic matter and part of phosphorus, reduce biochemical load
