The wastewater generated by plastic processing plants during the production process contains a large amount
of suspended particles, organic pollutants, inorganic salts and coloring substances. Direct discharge will cause
serious environmental pollution. Traditional treatment methods are often ineffective and costly.

A plastic packaging company in Shanxi originally used conventional flocculants and faced three major problems:
unclear effluent, slow sludge sedimentation, and dry sludge pressing.
After mailing water samples to us and selecting models in the laboratory, we selected the PAM model with the
best effect and the least amount of use according to the characteristics of their sewage.

After adopting our solution, the plant's technical feedback showed that the sewage coagulation was large, the
sinking was strong, the effluent was clear, the sludge water content was significantly reduced, the cost of reagents was reduced by 32%, and the annual sewage treatment cost was saved by more than 850,000 CNY.
