1.Q: What are the application fields of your products?

   A: Mainly for water treatment, including municipal sewage treatment and all kinds of industrial water treatment, such as paper making ,textile and printing and dyeing facotry, food process factory, mining process 

and farming industrial and so on.

2 .Q: How can we get a sample for lab test?

    A: Yes, pls contact us to describe your usage, we will match you with most suitable and cost-effective type.

3. Q: What is your capacity every month?

    A: For PAC, our capacity is more than 6000 tons, For PAM, the capicity is about 3000 tons.

4. Q: How can we get an offical quotation?

    A: Pls tell us the quantity of products you need, the incoterm you need(EXW, FOB ,FCA or CIF), if for CIF, Pls also share your destination sea port, so that we can check the sea freight and then make an offical quotation for you.

5. Q: can you customize the package for us?

    A: yes, of course, you can send your current package to us for printing, if you do not have a package 

version currently, you can provide your logo, and describe your demand to us, we can do the design for you.

6.Q: Is there a minimum quantity order?

   A: Yes, usually the MOQ is one FCL, but in order to support more customers,  we can accept MOQ 1 ton for trial order.

7. Q: Can you provide after-sales service?

    A:For foreign customers, we provide technical and after-sales services combining online (remote) and 

offline (on-site).
